All client information is completely confidential in accordance with the law. The results of the assessment and your specific goals for the treatment will allow your therapist to work with you to develop a focal treatment plan. This ensures that Massage Therapy is an appropriate health care choice for your individual needs, and enables your therapist to treat you safely and effectively.
During each treatment, you will be completely draped with a sheet. Only the area being treated will be uncovered. Should you wish, your therapist will work overtop of the sheets, or overtop of your clothing.
Communication between you and your therapist is extremely important. The pressure will be altered to suit your preference through feedback with the therapist. Please discuss any concerns or questions you may have with your therapist prior to, during or after the treatment.
Your therapist will conduct each treatment in an environment which is safe, confidential, nurturing and comfortable. This is to promote relaxation, comfort and healing.

Office Policies:
- All cancellations must have 12-hours notice or a fee will be charged.
- Client's who are late for an appointment will receive a massage for the remainder of the scheduled treatment time.
- As a courtesy to others being treated, please turn off pagers and cell phones prior to the massage.
- Please try to avoid wearing strong scented perfumes.

Payment & Insurance Procedures
Fees vary according to the length of time of treatment. Extra fees may apply to other special procedures as needed by our clients.
Insurance Coverage: Massage Therapy and Reflexology are not covered under OHIP. However, many extended health care plans and benefit packages do reimburse you for either partial or complete treatments.
Doctor's Note: If you will be using your insurance coverage (ie: Green Shield, Maritime Life etc.), then yes, you generally require a doctor’s note. If you are not using insurance coverage and are paying for the massage yourself (out of pocket), you do not need a doctor’s note.
Please consult with your employer for specific details and determine if a physician's referral is required
